1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Earrings are non-returnable if worn, for hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@earaura.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely — we recommend using a trackable courier.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus any shipping costs) within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
